Nathan Camp founded Guardian Septic Services after 17 years in the wastewater industry, built on a simple idea: septic help should be easy to get when you need it. Too often, homeowners cannot get anyone on the phone when their system backs up.
We started Guardian to serve the people of northeast Georgia and make it easy to get help when they need it most. Our goal is to treat every customer with respect and be fast problem solvers. We call it the Guardian Way of doing business.

The Department of Health Services in Georgia generally recommends that most tanks be pumped out every three to five years. Many factors can change that time frame, including household size, tank size and how the system is used.
The most common problems with not pumping your tank regularly are clogs, saturation of your drain field, and unresolved repairs. Solids build up until they overflow into the drain field, which is where most expensive septic problems begin.
Our process involves locating the tank, digging if needed to remove the lids, assessing the functionality of the tank and its components, vacuuming out the solids, effluent and scum, then replacing the lids and reburying the tank.
The typical process takes around one hour for a routine maintenance pumping.
